PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060 BUILDING QUALITY alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.
PROTECTION
Chemical anodising with the "QUALANOD" label, natural colour and bronze colour.
Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
Polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" label, Seaside certification, and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels.
The minimum coating thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.
FRAME
51 mm thick tubular frame with the option of clipping on flashings and adding battens for lining.
OPENINGS
Straight tubular shape on the inside and outside. Its thickness is 55 mm.
ASSEMBLY
- 45° cut
- Fixed and opening sections using pin brackets, crimped + glued
- Cuts will be sealed with a product such as "Small-Joint" or similar
GLASS
Single or insulated from 6 to 30 mm held in place by 2 EPDM seals and a clipped glazing bead with a minimum height of 21 mm (rebate depth).
Glazing beads must be on the inside of the structure.
DRAINAGE
Drainage of any water infiltration is provided by oblong or rectangular holes in the bottom rail, with or without non-return valves.
The drainage of the window sash is concealed.
The drainage of the door leaf and threshold is provided by oblong holes with nozzles in place.
INSTALLATION SYSTEM
- On galvanised steel subframe
- Direct installation with protected steel brackets or dowels (according to DTU 37-1)
FRENCH-STYLE FRAME
- Weatherproofing: by compression of 3 EPDM seals (2 rotating rebate seals + 1 central seal on the frame)
- Fittings: rebated hinges with fibreglass-reinforced nylon sleeve, reversible, fitted after assembly, made of aluminium and/or stainless steel
- Locking: by 1/4 turn espagnolette handle, 2-point closure with top and bottom strike plate. Additional points possible
TILT-AND-TURN FRAME
- Weatherproofing: by compression of 3 EPDM seals
- Fittings and locking: single-control fitting with rotating handle, rods, locking compasses, anti-mishandling device
BELLOW FRAME
- Sealing: by compression of 3 EPDM seals
- Fittings: 2 to 3 hinges depending on width and weight
- Locking: clamp latch (1 up to 800 mm, 2 above)
DOORS ON HINGES
- Sealing: 3 EPDM seals (2 rotating seals + 1 central seal)
- Fittings: large rebated hinges, reinforced nylon sleeve, aluminium/stainless steel, height-adjustable
- Locking: 1, 2 or 3-point lock with aluminium handle, stainless steel swing bolt, European cylinder
