PROFILES:
The profiles in the Aluminium Innovation range are extruded from 6060 BUILDING QUALITY alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.
PROTECTION:
Chemical anodising with the "QUALANOD" label, natural and bronze colours.
Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
Polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" label, Seaside certification, and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels.
The minimum coating thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.
FRAME:
Straight tubular frame with two integrated rails on the top and bottom, ensuring optimal stability and ease of lifting.
Visible surface area of 120 mm and base of 108 mm.
OPENING:
Straight peripheral, available in single or reinforced version, with a tubular section for increased strength.
ASSEMBLY:
Frames: 90° cut, assembled by screwing and gluing, sealed with a "Small-Joint" type product or equivalent.
Openings: 45° cut, assembled with angle brackets and alignment brackets, then glued.
200 kg lifting system:
ROLLERS:
Single and double rollers on needle bearings, with lifting controlled by the operating handle.
Maximum load: 200 kg per leaf, depending on configuration.
CLOSURES:
By espagnolette locks with 2 or 4-point strike plates, depending on the height of the leaf.
