Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060-grade construction alloy, with stricter tolerances on impurity levels than those imposed by the standard.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodising with "QUALANOD" certification, in natural or bronze colour.
Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
By polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" (Seaside certification), "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels.
The minimum coating thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

FRAME

  • Straight tubular shape inside and outside

  • Option to clip on the drip cap and joint cover

  • Mitre joint assembly

  • Thermal break with bar

  • Clip-on aluminium rail

OPENINGS

  • Straight tubular section side and centre sections

  • Available in standard or reinforced versions depending on size and exposure

  • Crossbars with straight cut assembly using stainless steel screws

  • Thermal break with bar

ASSEMBLY

  • Frames: mitre cut with dowel brackets or crimped and glued

  • Openings: straight cut with stainless steel screws in alvéovis

  • All assembly parts are made of aluminium or stainless steel

WEATHERPROOFING
Weatherproofing between the different profiles is ensured by brush seals.

GLASS
Thicknesses from 6 to 26 mm, wallet mounting, rebate height of 20 mm.
Seal compliant with DTU 39.

ROLLERS

  • 25 mm rollers on needle bearings

  • Single or double, adjustable or non-adjustable, with pressure screw mounting

  • Easy to dismantle in accordance with standard 24.301

  • Load capacity up to 250 kg per leaf in high-height version

CLOSURES

  • 1 locking point per single shell or handle

  • 2 or 3-point lock depending on the height of the leaf (optional)

  • Mechanism integrated into the tubular profile
