Aluminium du Maroc relies on a formalized framework of indicators to report on its corporate social responsibility and environmental initiatives to its various stakeholders.

All indicators included in this report cover all entities of Aluminium du Maroc for the period from January 1 to December 31 of each year. Reference years are provided based on data availability and completeness.
Indicator trends are reported only when the data is consistent in terms of geographical scope and calculation methods.

The indicators monitored within the Group comply with the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), ISO 26000, and the AMMC circular No. 03/19 of February 20, 2019, regarding financial operations and information, in terms of relevance to the sector and the specific nature of its activities and operations.

Modalités du reporting
The communicated data follows a formalized process of collection, control, and validation. Social data related to workforce and training are centralized and extracted from dedicated information systems, while data on workplace accidents and labor relations are provided by the Human Resources department. Environmental and non-financial societal data are collected using standardized templates and calculation formulas. Governance data, notably regarding the functioning of the Board, its Committees, and the holding of general meetings, are provided by the Board Secretariat. Each indicator is collected by a designated person who is also responsible for controlling its reporting scope. Once the data is gathered, the Administrative and Financial Management performs an additional level of control by verifying the compliance with calculation formulas, data consistency, and adherence to geographical and temporal reporting scopes.Partnerships with Educational and Training Institutions
Aluminium du Maroc has established agreements with various training institutions (FSTT, HEM, ENCGT, ENSI, IKI GROUPE, ENSAT). These agreements aim to formalize partnerships between our organization and educational institutions, providing students with internship opportunities and strengthening the links between academia and the professional world by integrating skills necessary for employability.
To illustrate this approach, setting up an engineering incubator within the company represents a strategic investment to attract promising talent, stimulate innovation, and ensure the continuous development of technical skills.
Organization and Sponsorship of Sports Events
Aluminium du Maroc participates in several football tournaments, notably the TANGER Business League (inter-company tournaments with more than 18 companies from various sectors). This is an effective strategy to strengthen team cohesion, improve employee well-being, and promote overall company performance.
In parallel, the company provides its employees with a dedicated space for weekly football practice, « Glory Foot, » contributing to their personal and professional development.

These initiatives are closely coordinated with AMEE (Moroccan Agency for Energy Efficiency), the Ministry of Housing, Urbanism, and Territorial Planning.

Health and Safety
As a company committed to ensuring that our workplaces are safe and that every employee can work in an environment where they feel protected and supported, Aluminium du Maroc has implemented several measures to guarantee occupational health and safety (OHS):
- Risk Identification: Identifying various risks, including environmental risks (falls, fires, etc.); creating an incident and near-miss reporting system; assessing ergonomic risks (awkward postures, repetitive movements, heavy loads, etc.).
- Training and Awareness: Various training sessions have been conducted to ensure employee safety (operation of machinery such as overhead cranes and forklifts), first aid and rescue training, awareness on chemical exposure, etc.
- Protective Equipment: Development of specifications and adaptation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Medical Monitoring and Prevention: Regular health monitoring of workers, including medical check-ups, is essential to prevent occupational diseases and to monitor the impact of the work environment on health. Several medical tests have also been conducted at different workstations: audiometric tests with professionals, noise tests, ophthalmological tests, etc.
Training and Awareness

Comment entretenir l’aluminium thermolaqué ?
La fréquence du nettoyage dépend du type de peinture, de l’environnement et des concentrations de salissures sur la surface. Plus le nettoyage est fréquent, plus il est facile et économique.
L’entretien courant des menuiseries thermolaquées consiste en un simple lavage à l’eau additionnée d’un détergent doux.
Entretien courant
- Lavage à l’eau additionnée d’un détergent doux (pH compris entre 5 et 8)
- Rinçage soigné à l’eau claire
Essuyage avec un chiffon doux, non abrasif et absorbant
Ne pas agresser, abraser, rayer, décolorer ou colorer la couche de peinture.
Fréquences de nettoyage
- Zone à forte fréquentation (entrée d’immeuble, devanture de magasin…) : Nettoyage fréquent (tous les 3 à 6 mois)
- Zone urbaine, industrielle marine : Nettoyage semestriel
- Zone rurale ou urbaine peu dense : Nettoyage annuel
Attention : Le nettoyage des parties non lavées naturellement par les eaux de pluie doit s’effectuer plus fréquemment que celui des surfaces exposées.

- Poudres et crèmes à récurer : Polish pour rénovation automobile ou pour rénovation du thermolaquage
Comment entretenir l’aluminium anodisé ?
Pour maintenir les qualités esthétiques de l’aluminium anodisé, il est fortement conseillé d’effectuer régulièrement des opérations d’entretien.
L’aluminium et ses alliages utilisés dans le bâtiment ont, par eux-mêmes, une très bonne tenue aux intempéries et aux environnements, même sévères. L’anodisation leur confère une protection supplémentaire des plus efficaces.
La fréquence des nettoyages est fonction de l’environnement et des concentrations de salissures sur la surface. Plus le nettoyage est fréquent, plus il est facile et économique.
Entretien courant
L’entretien courant des menuiseries anodisées consiste en :
- Un simple lavage à l’eau additionnée d’un détergent doux (pH compris entre 5 et 8)
- Suivi par un rinçage soigné à l’eau claire
- Un essuyage avec un chiffon doux et absorbant
Cette opération peut être combinée avec le nettoyage des vitrages.
Fréquence des nettoyages
- En zone rurale ou urbaine peu dense, où l’ambiance ne comporte pas d’éléments agressifs, la fréquence des entretiens est annuelle.
- En ambiance urbaine, industrielle ou marine, les surfaces exposées à la pluie requièrent idéalement un entretien semestriel.
- Le nettoyage des parties non lavées naturellement par les eaux de pluie doit s’effectuer plus fréquemment que pour les surfaces exposées. Dans les zones à fortes fréquentations et fortes sollicitations (entrée d’immeuble, devanture de magasin…), le nettoyage pourra être effectué plus fréquemment.

Surfaces fortement encrassées : s’adresser à une entreprise spécialisée
Remarques :
Il est essentiel d’éviter l’usage de produits très agressifs, tels que certains détergents pour lave-vaisselle et lessive ainsi que des produits alcalins ou acides.
Si des travaux ont provoqué des dépôts de salissure sur les surfaces en aluminium, il est nécessaire de procéder à un entretien soigné, surtout sur les parties non lavées naturellement par la pluie.
